Despite the bold move to launch its ATV range during one of the most challenging economic times in recent history, Kymco Australia & New Zealand has proven the move to be a master stroke with its pleasing August result, only two units (or 0.1%) shy of major competitor Kawasaki.
“While 3.2% market share is a great result for this early stage of our ATV business, make no mistake that this is only the tip of the iceberg for Kymco ATVs in Australia,” said Kymco Australia & New Zealand Chief Executive, Stuart McLean.
“This result speaks volumes for our commitment to providing top-shelf product at a great price, backed up by strong warranty and a service-focused dealer network.“More and more, people are realising that Kymco ATVs are the real deal – a genuine value proposition, backed up by 46 years of top quality engineering from Kymco.
”“It’s little wonder that a Kymco vehicle is sold every 55 seconds around the globe.”
This news caps off an exciting period for Kymco, including the launch of the company’s all-new motorcycle range last week, and the arrival of two of the most eagerly-awaited scooter releases of the year – the Kymco Sento 50 and Kymco Super 8 125.
“At Kymco, we live by some very strong yet basic principles – unrivalled product quality, delivering value for our customers and promoting the legendary Kymco riding experience.“
"To have such a big impact on the ATV market in such a short period of time comes as no surprise to us, no surprise to our dealers, and no surprise to our customers – there’s not too many companies that can match the pedigree of Kymco.”
